Rediscover

Death is a sure path for all of us. It is up to each one, in a particular way, to reflect in their depths on this irrevocable meeting. We can ask ourselves dozens of questions, but one question that I believe is the most important question for everyone is, "What do I do with my life?"

As we already know, from our own experience, regardless of what cradle you were born from, keeping existence in balance is always a huge challenge. Challenge that we usually fail. What to do? If there's anything we can do.

In the daily process of our existence, we find ourselves with different “enemies” that promote even more difficulties and, several obstacles. However, our greatest “enemy” is not outside of us, it is in us, it is within us, it is in the rigid form of our way of thinking. We are our own downfall, our own efficient means of failure.

Failure becomes even worse when we become indifferent to the content produced and processed in our mind. When we avoid the debates that are constantly produced by our mind, which tries, at any cost, to clash with us. And it is exactly at that moment that we emerge victorious or defeated. The defeat is precisely when we stop dialoguing, when we avoid debating with the mental product produced by our mind. That's where we lose the battle of our very existence.

If we leave aside all or part of the content processed in our mind, it is because somehow we also choose to cease to exist. Our existence depends on what is going on in our mind. Generally, death starts in our mind and spreads throughout our body.

Taking care of our lives necessarily involves taking care of our mind, what we think, as well as what we do with what we think, which can be used for our cure or our illness. Life or death, balance or imbalance.

I wish all my friends a Happy New Year
A great rediscovery in 2023.
